A Job Position that i was rejected and now its open again with my application as submitted ?
Hello,
How it ever happen to you that you applied to a position and you got an interview with the manager of a center and they say they will let me know how i stand on my application. After two weeks waiting i found out i received a rejection letter for the position. One week later i found out that the application is open and its look like when i submitted my application for the first time is still submitted. I know i will not have chance because they might reject it again, I just want to try and why they open again the position? I still work for the same company just i wanted to ask for a transfer in the same position,What can I do ? Any advice is appreciated.

Ask your supervisor and hiring manager for constructive criticism on how you can improve at your current job and how you can help get a promotion/transfer. Ask them what qualifications they are looking for in order to advance.
Have you had someone go over your resume? Your question is pretty horrifically written, from a professional standpoint. If it's representative of your resume, cover letter, or other communication or documents, it could be a serious issue. I don't mean this as a personal attack, but rather as troubleshooting.
Are you in health care? You've posted to the career section for health care. If you are not in health care, constructive criticism again, perhaps you lack attention to detail.
Good Luck
