What is your general reaction to Bill Nye - Ken Ham debate?

Bill Nye lost - his mind. He let the Hamster win because his odd little museum is now getting so much free publicity. As for the debate content, Bill Nye was seldom able to cut to the chase. He often did not stick to the question or seem able to focus on the falsehoods. He seemed to have just one point he wanted to hammer home (to no avail) -- that Creationism cannot predict and therefore fails the litmus test. Ham threw up the smoke screens and Nye didn't step around them. Nye let it go when the Hamster implied that there are no rocks on Earth billions of years old,

The Creation Museum was the clear the winner, unfortunately. They will get lots more publicity and will raise lots more money, for example by selling DVDs of the debate, all thanks to Bill Nye, who I do admire as a scientist capable of entertaining us on TV, but not as a debater.

Well, I did not watch or listen to this "debate" but stating that it was "Competitive", Really????

I like Bill Nye but debating Ken Ham is, I suspect, like debating someone who is hallucinating on drugs, there isn't anything you can say that will make the person stop seeing the pink elephants flying around the room. They are physiologically impaired in a manner that makes them unable to rationally evaluate what they see and hear.

Just my personal opinion here but, to me, there is no difference between believing that the Bible is literally and scientifically true and believing that the entire universe was created at 2:47 am this morning just of you, your room was created with dirty clothes on the floor, you were created with the memory that you wore those clothes yesterday, your refrigerator was created with a gallon of expired milk, your dentist was created with x-rays identified as being yours when you were 10 yrs old, the internet and your cell phone were created with files that showing you phoned/texted/emailed/twittered people who were created believing that they are your parents, siblings, school mates, team mates, boy/girl friend, etc. Try to prove that this is NOT true.

Ken Ham is quite ignorant fraud, have no logic, only use bad reasoning, emotions, feelings, tell lies at debates, he receive score of zero at debate if judges logical. Is not competitive at all, is like kindergarten imbecile (Ken Ham) debate adult scientist (Bill Nye).

I saw the debate on Youtube. Ken Hamm really made some serious errors. He forgot the #1 rule when debating a non-believer. If you are going to use the Bible as your resource, offer examples and backup data outside of Scripture.

If you have read Mark Twain's Tom Sawyer you know the strongest debate position is "Ignorance."

Rather than Bill Nye, I would have sent this biologist with his human genome vs chimpanzee genome data and analysis.
