Dropping sizes but weight is constant... why??
For the last 7 years I've tried different things to lose weight. .. dieting. .. gym... herbalife. .. honey and lemon etc. But nothing happened. .. Over a year I have dropped from size 36 to 30... (jeans - same brand) but my weight just keeps dropping n rising in a bracket of 3 kgs. I just cannot understand. . N btw my muscle mass has risen only by 2%
What other than muscle mass could be the reason that I cannot reduce the nody weight?
What action should I take?

Weight-loss can take time, with most people losing only a pound or two a week -- even with a strict diet and plenty of exercise.Target only the areas of your body where you want to lose weight, by doing crunches or lunges. If your diet is high in calories, you'll undo your effort.

My first guess would be that your body is retaining water for some reason, or that you just stay sufficiently hydrated. After cardio or sitting in a steam room you can lose up to maybe 5 pounds, but will gain it right back when you drink a bottle of water.

I wouldn't worry if you're dropping sizes. If you're dropping sizes, it means you're getting slimmer, so weight shouldn't matter that much. As for why this could be, the best thing to do would be to go see a dietician. They're trained in what they do and they will be able to explain elements of diet and exercise.
