Why is it that in the USA animals have more rights than the unborn human?

And don't give me that "it is not a life" garbage. From the moment of conception the cells divide and multiply over and over and over and keep doing so until birth unless an abortionist kills it.

As a vegan and animal rights activist, I would argue that being an animal in the US means a life of confinement, torture, and brutal killing -- surely not a life worth living by anyone's standards -- but to answer your specific question, life, as we define it, personhood, begins at birth. So before somebody becomes a person, he/she/it will not enjoy any rights of privileges reserved for people.

Some religious folks agree with your assessment, point out that life begins at conception. If that's how we'd define life, taking the pill would be murder as it's preventing the fertilized egg to develop. Once we equal birth control with murder, I don't know where we would go from there.

Generally speaking even the embryo enjoys some protection of the law in that we try to set the point where abortions are legal at the point where viability begins. As an undergrad I studied political science and philosophy and I actually wrote my Master's thesis on Medical Ethics, so I probably forgot more about this subject than the average person will ever know, but it's hard to explain the dynamics involved in this in just a few sentences. There's a lot of reading material that, if you really desire, will enlighten you quite a bit.

Animals are chained and Inhumanely slaughtered in America. What world do u live in? And they have no rights because they have no choice. Some are born against their will and some die against their will. Until we can talk to a fetus, a woman's rights will always trump the fetus.

They don't. Animals don't have "rights", they are killed every day.

A fetus is technically alive just as the bacteria on your hands is alive. But you can kill those, that is your choice. So how about you don't give us your pathetic argument crap, this case was settled a few decades ago.

How about a link to evidence that your supposition is true.

Living animals can be killed and are slaughtered everyday.

Animal cruelty is agains the law and has been for a long time.

Unborn humans are part of their mother and it is the mothers rights to decide (withing many laws and boundries)

God/Nature kills more of the unborn every year than planned parenthood does.
