Is the crappy Purple format being rolled out to more English speaking countries?

No matter where I go now, I cannot get to the original format.

It has been pushed onto all of the English sites, and perhaps even beyond. Except for the few times where it might glitch out and shove some people randomly back to the old green format, the purple is mostly here to stay, till the next time that Yahoo! decides to "improve" it again.

There is a link that I have been using that still has the green format, it seems to be a backdoor, so no idea how long it may last (but as someone who can't use the purple format at all for most things, I for one will take what time I have left on the green). Plus, it seems to have been reported to Microsoft as a possible phishing threat. I have not seen any sign of this actually being the case, nor has most other reports I have seen of people using this link. Perhaps someone got a little overzealous and reported it as a possible threat, or perhaps someone who doesn't like the idea of people being able to use the green format still (no matter how temporary) decided to try and scare people off by reporting it as a threat. I only mention this so that you can be more fully informed before you choose to use it. I can not post it right not, but will tomorrow if I can.

Edit: Well the link that the other person posted and that I was going to post now has been switched purple too, so unless you want to switch to a buggy compatibility mode or download some random third party software to make the switch, we're basically stuck purple for now.

The dreaded purple format has been rolled out to ALL English speaking countries. i believe this is the link to the green site:

i have used it with no problem but Yahoo will be trying to shut it down soon so we will all have to get used to purple or find a new Q&A site.
