Tell her nicely that the bras just don't fit right and you want to go somewhere to get properly fitted and get a nice bra that is comfortable and fits right.
Victoria's Secret has an awesome selection of basic bras and they will measure you and everything.

be mature about it without being disrespectful. sit and talk to her and let her know that the ones she bought you do not fit. ask her if she would go with you shopping for a few bras. this way, she will know you are mature enough to handle what is going on with your body
