Please answer within 3 days !! How Indian Gov. will respond to Tamilnadu CM's move, Rahul opposing it?

If the DMK were part of the central coalition , they might even think of recommending the award of Bharat Ratna to Rajeev killers to compensate for the mental agony they suffered on account of the delay in the execution!

Those people are concerned only with the mental agony of the criminals and not of the victim and their kith and kin. May be in their culture the victimsof the crime of murder are not humans .

The philosophy that punishment should be exemplary and a deterrant to all others to commit such heinous offences is given the go by. Jails which should be penitentiaries have been converted into star hotels .When many of the politicians are criminals in a country, how can one expect those criminals see their clan suffer in the prison?

The central Government might be helpless in this matter .Some experts seem to be of the view that legally and constitutionally the Courts even under their original jurisdiction can not covert the sentence after the President has rejected the mercy petition. A review of the action of the president in this regard may not be right unless the action is in violation of the constitution. .The delay in the execution may not legally constitute cause for the conversion of the sentence . If his principle is accepted most of he cases pending before the courts for many years can be closed in favour of the accused . May be delay by the courts alone is admissible and tolerable and by the executive alone is illegal or wrong or intolerable .

When Mamta Didi can decide who has to hold the particular portfolio in the Centre, nothing can be said now. The TN CM is no less match .Only time will answer.

It is the decision based on the political points to shut the mouth of those people who are surviving in politics by handling the issue of Viduthalai puligal of Sri Lanka.Congress will also play political game by creating sympathy among the people on the assasination of its late PM .

it will take 300 days to respond but TN CM can't afford constitutional crisis in view of 2014.

It's kind of tricky a situation....I think nobody needs to play politics on this issue...I am not sure about stand of gandhi family..and what they trying to do!!

now technically Today PM bas given it's statement and so does Supereme court..now after these statement TN govt can't free them..

It is unfortunate that no one considers the other 16 people who died along with Rajiv.

Their views are not expressed in printed media and visual media while the views of the supporter's of terrorist who planned and executed are blown beyond proportion.

It is the duty of the media to bring out the views and agony of the 16 others died along with Rajiv gone through so that people are informed that the 16 people their wives,children, parents relatives and friends who are still going through greater agony for no fault of theirs.

So that people may know the action of the government and political parties in this issue is not in line on humanitarian grounds but only on political consideration.
