About the illuminati........?

My little sister is a part of the Illuminati. I swear she has plotted against me several times. I asked my Psychology professor about it and she agrees that her personality determines that she could be hiding some huge evil secret.

Since the dawn of man people explain complex things with superstitious beliefs. Before 100 years ago, people explained nearly everything with "God" and this spans from complex human relationships, to how the world formed. In some situations, it is true but a majority of it is simply garbage that is either refactored to a different belief or is discarded once it is proven. In modern times, I think most people move away from explaining large scale things with religion and leave that solely to existential questions such as the meaning of life. However, I think conspiracy theories are essentially modern day superstitious explanation to explain things in a way that normal people can understand. In some situations, the superstitious explanation is true or in some shape or form true. A good example is like the government surveillance programs. People believed for a very long time that the government can pinpoint you at any point and time and they had all sorts of theories behind it. While that is partially true, it certainly validates these kind of beliefs.

It's okay man, when martial law comes into effect and you willingly march yourself off to a FEMA concentration camp, you'll think of these questions you asked. Do yourself some research.
