What's up with Talking Angela...?

I wouldn't be surprised if the company that made it started the urban legend. It is amazing how often I see this app being mentioned here.

If it wasn't for the urban legend I never would have heard of it.

To answer:

Nothing is wrong with the app.

It is a perfectly safe app, but right now there is chain mail going around saying that it collects your data and gives it to some guy. Its a perfectly safe app with a bad reputation because of someone starting a rumor.

good lord it's fake the app came out a few years ago if i remember correctly a rumor was spread that it was a way of collecting data but its safe

There's a rumor about it being a threat to kids, I'm sure on the details, but it's a hoax that's become viral more than once

it's said the hacker's room can be seen through Angela's eyes and when you ask personal things, she changes the subject freaky ]:

It asks inappropriate questions like where you live and go to school ect.

Pewdiepie made it so he could find out where all his subscribers live
