Retro video game soundtracks are my guilty pleasure; especially the Genesis. Thunder Force IV, Batman, SOR, Ecco the Dolphin, Shinobi, Zero WIng, Elemental Master, Gaiares. Childhood memories!

My love for the Genesis probably foreshadowed my love for the prog rock band Genesis.

I'd also add Japanese Arrange music (covers of compositions from Japanese media) but since it is like a cross between Melodic Death Metal and Power Metal without vocals, it is 100% Heavy Metal.

My **** thats not metal that i listen to is rock like guns n roses, queens of the stone age etc and indie like violent soho, wavves, dune rats etc i like indie because its still proper music unlike all this gay electro **** and at least with indie, people who arent into it wont have those annoying biases they have about metal, youd be surprised indie is pretty good but im not talking about wombats and all that **** i mean garage/ post grunge/ punky ****

Linkin Park. As a person who listens to most metal genres (Power, thrash, death, black, etc) I somehow like jamming to Linkin Park. I think that's the only band though. Sometimes I listen to Eminem, though. But its not like I'm a big fan or whatever.
