You could at least say something when you go on break. I'm a manager at a restaurant and one of the employees never tells anyone when she goes off to the bathroom or almost anything, so it's at least courteous to tell them so they're not wondering where you went off to even if it is for your break. It's just annoying not knowing where one of your employees went off to especially when it happens a lot.

Your doomed.jobs are hard to come by too.if I were you I would work my butt off and not take brakes.i worked 8 years at 5 different jobs at 110 hours a week and rarely ever took breaks.ate my food where I was working etc.so don't tell me you can't do it.cause if I can do it anyone can.

The guy sounds like a total douche bag why would you talk about your employees behind their back like that. I'd look for a new job and quit.

He say you're a slow worker ? Get quicker at the job.

You disappear when needed? Make yourself available or tell someone when you are going on break.

You leave stuff lying around? Tidy up after yourself and be more considerate to your work colleagues.

It`s not rocket science.
