So this guy is mad at me because he thinks I intentionally disrespected his girlfriend who I work with and for the past week has been coming to where and work and pretending to be friendly, asking me what time I get off. She being the bad person that she is, probably encourages it. Just yesterday he came up to my car and asked if he could take me to his house real quick. I said no I have to go back in to work and he left in his own car, which made even more obvious that they had something planned. Probably had a lot of friends there and were going to beat me up steal my car and others things I have. What do I do in this situation if he keeps it up?

Every time I go out, as soon as I start driving it makes this humming noise and my engine will start to act up and shut off. It s annoying because this usually happens, most often in cold weather. I let my car warm up for at least 7 minutes but it has no effect. I ve tried putting power steering fluid and also used gas treatment but that doesn t seem to do anything either. I ve put more anti-freeze in and still doesn t work. Does it need an oil change or something? Please help me out.

What does this all mean?

When I finally had the balls to ask her out she told me she was busy with both work and school, and didn't have the time to hang out, and that she would "let me know". A week or so later I ask her again and it's the same excuse. Does she really want to be with me?, or is she just seeking attention?

This girl who likes me at work is showing me that she cares about me, by remembering things I told her, Paying attention to what I do, helping me, etc. I've always liked her, the problem is that I don't know if starting a relationship is good idea for me right now, with the risk of getting her pregnant, and also because I really can't be with any girl right now, for spiritual/religious reasons. I love her but I don't want to hurt her. What should I do?

So I just discovered a have a serious fetish when it comes girls having gap teeth. Talked to girl who smiled at me and I just lost it inside. Don't know why but it's so hot to me. Is this weird? Am I the only one who has this?

So yesterday I went to HR to request a new name tag because I misplaced my old one. When I get there and tell her, the hr person threatens me saying If I lose this one and ask for one more, she will "send me home" claiming it means that I'm not prepared to work and that they can fire you for it. Is this true? I mean to me that's pretty stupid. In the 1 year I have worked at Wal-mart, I had NO write-ups, NO coachings, Perfect attendance (minus 2 call outs for bad weather) I clock-in on the DOT, every-time since I've worked there , and get compliments from customers somewhat often. This is also the first time I've ever lost a badge, The last one I've had forever and never lost it until now. Was it total BS? Or did she just used it as a deterrent to keep me from losing the new one?

A day later I find a fortune cookie message at my workstation and it said and I quote: "Your charm has inspired a secret admirer." I'm not totally sure it's the same girl, since I know a few other girls like me. But she has been different to me lately. She now calls me by my name, (That's was the first time ever by the way), and suddenly asks me to do her favors, like taking something to the freezer while it's still cold etc. She also smiles while doing it and seems likes she's nervous. Does she like me now? And how does this happen? It was a simple touch to the hand.

So I heard a rumor from my co-worker that after we finish our upcoming inventory, management will be laying off 30+ employees. They've been cutting full time hours for the past several months and we are already understaffed. It doesn't make sense. I have an "exceeds expectations" on my last evaluation, no coaches, and I'm always on time for work. though I'll be honest I don't work all that hard. We this have an effect? And if I do get laid off can I get rehired at another Walmart?

I work in retail and this girl I've known since high school comes in occasionally. Are there any books in the science fiction genre that have reincarnation in them? I want to write a novel that that focuses heavily on the concept and needs some inspiration. Like an alien who reincarnated into a human or something like that.

I want to have a lot of plot twists and foreshadowing about the ending in my novel and I was wondering does the entire story has to be planned out for this to be possible, in other words outlined? What about when the actions of the characters are brought into the picture? I honestly don't know how some of them will tutn the tide of the story when they're unpredictable. Is it necessary to plan out the whole story, or should you write as you go?

A girl who liked me was getting very insecure when I wasn't showing interest in her. After a while she started to get angry at me. I didn't have any feelings for her because I saw her as more of a sister figure, not necessarily because I didn't find her attractive. She even wore more make-up than usual one day. I wrote her a two page later explaining why I wasn't talking to her. After she read it, about 4 days later I went to sit with her at a bench. Ready to give another reason I didn't want to be with her, wanting to say I was saving myself for marriage, and was afraid that she wasn't willing to wait. As I began to talk, she instead told me that she was in a relationship, and that she acts the same way around everybody. She was very blunt about it, making it obvious she didn't want to get rejected first, so decided to make an excuse.

Am I the one at fault here? Was it so bad that I didn't want to be with her? Why did she take it the wrong way?

So I knew her for a few months, and just recently she showed signs of liking me, giggling with her friends when I'm near her, saying hi to me alot, and trying to start a conversation. I'm not much of a talker so I'm not good with small talk, so I don't know what to say. One day she just looked very uninterested in me. Like saying a few sentences, Not keeping the conversation going, and even talking over me and not letting me finish my sentences. I don't know why she's upset. I'm just a shy guy with not much to say. Is it too late to late tpo break the ice. She's a good woman and I want to stay on good terms with her.

A little birdie told me today that my boss has been saying bad things about me recently. Saying that I'm a slow worker, I disappear a lot when I'm needed, and leave objects around a lot. I'll admit that I'm a really relaxed and laid back guy, and don't really about people think of me, not even my bosses. I disappear a lot because I'm a very quiet/shy person, and I don't like to talk much, especially to my boss. If I disapper it's because I'm on my 15min break or my 1hr lunch. I leave thjngs around sometimes because a customer might ask me to help them do something, or another manager wants me to do another task. It's such a pain and I don't want to get fired. What can I do to improve my performance?

I've been working at Walmart since June of last year and up until now I've had perfect attendence/no tardies. I called out twice already in the last two months. Both of them had to do with bad weather. How many more do I have before I get a D-day or get fired?
