top 10 best romance anime?

I don't really watch romantic Anime, but at times I do come across some, Clannad, Air and Konan I think it is are kind of romantic.

If you wasn't going to watch it with your GF then I would have said Shuffle!, I mean you can check it out but its kinda like Harem and Ecchi so check it out!

1. Clannad/Clannad After Story - It's extremely deep, will touch your heart, and admittedly, it made me cry on multiple occasions. The story is great. Hands down the best romance anime out there.

2. GoSick - It brings together romance/action/mystery like no other. The bond that the couple in this anime shares makes you root for them till the end. Also, not may animes with a girl like Victorique. She's great.

3. The Pet Girl of Sakurasou - This romance hits on a different, more realistic level. It's also extremely funny. It basically touches on the difference between the talented/gifted group of people compared to the hard working group of people.

4. The World God Only Knows - Now this anime is just straight out hilarious with plenty of romance to go around. The main character doesn't stick with one girl, but it touches on multiple different kinds of romances.

5. Myself; Yourself - A lesser known romance that I truly enjoyed and believe to be underrated. It demonstrates the bond between childhood friends, and how that bond can be broken and then rebuilt. Truly enjoyable.

6. Rurouni Kenshin - This is an action packed anime with a good amount of romance. It'll touch your heart to see how far people are willing to go for the ones that they love. Also just a great anime.

7. ToraDora - I loved this anime sooo much! The romance in this anime is just great, and will definitely make you glad you watched it. It's also funny to see the guy being the house wife type. haha.

8. Oreimo - This has a good romance, but it's also weird from my point of view. It's worth the watch, but will also throw you for a loop. The romance and bonds in this are strong though, and enjoyable.

These are the romances that I've seen and can remember, and I hope you and your girlfriend can watch these and enjoy yourselves thoroughly. Glad to give out my anime expertise

I've got 2 I would recommend:

Clannad/Clannad After Story: One of the best anime out there in my opinion. Deep story and characters, incredibly good romance between the two protagonists. And you actually get to see there relationship develop over the course of the show (rather than them only barely getting together in the last episode like a lot of anime)

Sword Art Online: This is an action-romance anime set in a virtual reality MMORPG. 2 people find true love in virtual world and get to fight together to try to escape it.
