weird feeling in my heart and shoulder?
Ive been having a weird tightness (almost like i need to stretch wich i have) from my left shoulder to bottom of my rib cage slightly constipated
It started last night after dinner (spaghetti) i stretched it and later went to bed hoping for it to be gone in the morning no such luck

This could be a ton of things. There is no way strangers on the internet are going to be able to diagnose your problem.
1. If a specialist doctor has previously told you you have a heart problem, go to the emergency room immediately
2. If not, make an appointment with a nurse or your usual doctor. Cancel the appointment if the problem goes away in a few days.
Note: this could be intestinal gas (yes really), a sore muscle, an ulcer or appendicitis, just plain old stress, or an actual heart attack. A heart attack is extremely unlikely if you are young and generally healthy though.
