Ive been having a weird tightness (almost like i need to stretch wich i have) from my left shoulder to bottom of my rib cage slightly constipated

It started last night after dinner (spaghetti) i stretched it and later went to bed hoping for it to be gone in the morning no such luck

Now he seems to spill it more then he drinks HELP

But now he is being fussy and it seems like the milk just drains out his mouth any ideas how to fix this
