Wife is pregnant but she has been throwing up all day?

It's normal, last week I was the exact same, it's just hormones messing with her stomach, tell her to eat dry crackers or toast, just little bites every do often and drink water. It will settle her stomach after a while.

all pregnancies are different, if she is on her first trimester vomiting and dizziness last for a few months, just to give you an example im in my 15th week at the moment during my first 3 months im also like that all i eat, i throw up even though i requested for that food specially if i smell garlic and onions that will trigger me throwing up but lately it not that anymore...for me it is much better for pregnant women to feel these sign atleast we will know that the baby is still there because i had a miscarriage before,suppose to be twins, i just woke up one morning , no more cramps, throwing up, dizziness, everything,,,so for me its much better this way...good luck...

It's very normal and it could last for weeks. Or up until the beginning of the second trimester, or around 14 weeks. It depends on every woman. I was like that the first trimester as well. Good luck to her.
