Why did Answers change my "correct answer" % from 71 to 50?

I had a score of 71% but the new format lowered it to 50%. Is this new format from the Obamacare Web designers?

    I went from 59% to 33%

    There reason seams to be that 'Best Answers' only count Asker chosen question, and no long counts Community voted ones.

    Basically we just go screwed by yahoo ignoring how many question where askers never bothers to pick.

    Paranoia is alive & well in the US! YA doesn't do that,it automatically changes according to how often you visit YA,how many answers you give & how many BAs you get.I used to be 32%,now I am 25%,it happens to us all.

    Maybe they realized you were cheating with multiple accounts.
