Question about healing a stretched earlobe?

I recently stretched my ears a few days ago.

I was wondering about cleaning them.

Do I take the plugs out to let my ears rest and give them an oil message after they are completely healed (a month)?

Or do I take the jewelry out now and clean + message them now even if they aren't completely healed?

P.S. No blowouts or tears as of yet.

Update:

One more thing: So I can take the plugs out now, correct?

And thank you so much!

Gauges do, normally, stink the first week or so. Cleaning can be a difficult project. Whatever you do, DONT use peroxide or rubbing alcohol, for which those will heal the ear, but close it up at the same time. You can massage, but not as thoroughly as you will when they are healed. Preferably use salt water, or salt spray from walmart to clean. Don't take piercings out until healed. They will grow over faster than you think! Goodluck!
