I just finished Rosario + Vampire Capu 2 anime and I want to read the Manga. Which chapter do I start on?

Easy answer, you start on chapter 1. Rosario + Vampire Season 2 has it's own manga but it follows a different storyline from the anime. Once you are introduced to Moka's sister the manga has no other connections to season 2 of the manga.
