what's the name of this movie?

it tells the story of a woman (i think the name was Annie, she has short hair). her daughter is murdered. she becomes obsessed with the color red. there is a scene with some red apples. her husband tries to be supportive. their dog goes missing, the husband goes to pick him in a hotel but is murdered by the same killer as the daughter. Annie sees everything in a dream. when learns the news she breaks down and is put in a hospital where she learns some stuff about the killer because she is in the same room he used to be. There was a kid's rhyme that goes pretty much like this "daddy is less than a dollar. he isnt even worth 50 cent" written on the wall. she escapes the hospital in the same way the killer had escaped years ago and finds the killer. he has kidnapped another kid (i think its a boy this time, but im not sure). She rescues the kid, the killer is killed. Annie is drowned. In her last moment she sees her daughter (hallucination, of course). they had this personal game, where annie asks the daughter "who is the fairest of all". the daughter replies "its you". end of the story.
