What comic book had The League of Supermen in it?

I am looking for the exact comic book (name, number and release date, Picture if possible) of a comic I read years ago. It was about The League of Supermen. It was set in the future world of Superman, and had select humans that were combined with small amounts of Kryptonian DNA that gave them one power. In this book Heat (who was the member that had heat vision) was leading two new recruits (A male and a female who would get the powers of Super Breath and Super Speed respectively) through their command center and basically explaining the back story of the league to them .They met a computer representation of Superman, which turned out to be the bad guy. In the comic the league eventually stopped the Superman computer program, inducted the two new members into the league with artificial powers saying that they had to stay in contact with their humanity. And the two new members took the names Tempest and Speed.
