is this too flashy for interview? I'm wearing a suit. They said to wear professional business. I'm afraid this is too flashy, this is the only bag I have that fits my resume, without folding it.

Too flashy for an interview. You are applying for a job not selling a real estate or condominium. But of course you can try using this one but don't say we didn't warn you. Good luck for the interview hope you get the job.

I think it's a bit too casual. But a briefcase is more of a man's stereo-typical-accessory. I think a folder is fine.
