Why do I get depressed for no reason?

This has been happening for a long time and recently its gotten to the point where I get so sad out of nowhere that I get suicidal. I will be sitting there in class or at home and all of I sudden I start to get really depressed and I want to be alone in my room. When I was younger it was never that bad and what used to happen is that I would look back on really happy memories and get really sad that I will keep on getting older as time goes on and that we only are given one childhood to learn and grow and it makes me just want to relive the memories over and over. I am seeing a therapist but I don't feel comfortable telling her that I get depressed like this and I really hate her she just makes me stressed. Can somebody please help me with these overwhelming feelings?

Hi, I know this may sound strange, maybe at first, however... Have you ever had your vitamins checked in your body?? In a lot of people that are low on vitamin D actually get this way, they can become sluggish, depressed, bone and mussel weakness, and so much more. Also Iron, especially if your a girl, in most people it is low. I also got this from a website~ "Symptoms Of Iron Deficiency

Most people with a small iron deficiency will not experience any symptoms. However, as the condition progresses, you may begin to have difficulty functioning normally. Common iron deficiency symptoms include weakness and fatigue, persistent changes in body temperature, inflammation of the tongue and recurrent infection, which is a result of impaired immune system function. Those with the condition often perform poorly in work or school as a result of their symptoms. In addition, children with an iron deficiency may also experience social and developmental delays."

Not saying you have these symptoms.. I am just saying some times to take care of problems like these is as simple as getting some a couple blood tests done, getting some more time in the sun, eating healthy, and/or taking a supplement. I would highly suggest and ask your questions to your therapist.. Try to think happily of her, as someone wanting to help fix the problem and find an answer. Hope this helps!
