As Anthony Luciani pointed out, the book is only canonical in two orthodox churches. It may be hard to get your hands on their books.

I would recommend "The Lost Books of the Bible" by Dr. Edward Hammond. It not only as Enoch, but also The War Scrolls, and the two are important in understanding Christian angelology and demonology. Plus, there are a number of other very interesting apocryphal texts.

If you're looking for the bible in Western traditions with the most canonical books, look at the Roman Catholic bible.

This wikipedia page has a nice table of canons through different traditions:

The Book of Enoch is an apocryphal and pseudepigraphic text. It is falsely ascribed to Enoch. Produced probably sometime during the second and first centuries B.C.E., it is a collection of extravagant and unhistorical Jewish myths, evidently the product of exegetical elaborations on the brief Genesis reference to Enoch. This alone is sufficient for lovers of God’s inspired Word to dismiss it.

  • As others have mentioned, you can find the text of the Book of Enoch online.

However, besides that, Jude, in his epistle, accepted the Book of Enoch as scripture, and a large part of his epistle is derived from that book, including a direct quotation.

And that has a ramification for the trustworthiness of the Bible, since the Book of Enoch is full of nonsense about the nature of the cosmos. So Jude's acceptance of the Book of Enoch undermines the Bible.

But of course, the Bible itself is full of nonsense about the nature of the cosmos, and the Book of Enoch's nonsense about the cosmos is fully in line with Bible's nonsense about the cosmos.

See my answer here for a lengthy analysis of the Biblical view of the cosmos.

If you search for "book of Enoch pdf" you can find an online version such as this one-

    http://book-ofenoch.com/

Also this is included in some published books under the subject of "apocryphal books of the Bible". I happen to have copies of texts for some of these from both the old and new testament in my research material. Religious schools have ones either for sale or in the reference section of their library.

As with all such texts- you either have to trust the translator/s or learn the ancient language to under stand them. Being a bear of little brain myself- I happen to choose to trust the translators. I don't feel like learning all the additional alphabets and words it would take to be conversant in two dead languages or on living one (Hebrew).

@Cacophony doesn't know what gnostic means. he thinks anything outside the protestant bible canon is a 'gnostic text'. LOl. The book of Enoch was NOT written by the gnostics but by Jews. The Ethiopian orthodox church accepts it as canonical.

I doubt you'll find a Bible with it, your best best is to find a stand alone copy.

"It is regarded as canonical by the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church and Eritrean Orthodox Tewahedo Church, but not by any other Christian group."

This is what wikipedia says. ^ Look for the Ethiopian Bible or the Eritrean Bible.

Otside of that its considered apocryphal (Not part of the canon).
