Why is VIRGO so distant?
I am a Capricorn and have been friends with this virgo for more than a year now. We've been getting closer and closer, as well as very intimate and sexual. However, he always disappears on me for days at a time. He has told me he likes me, and he shows it when he's around me. Very affectionate. But when we're apart, I miss him so much. And me also being an earth sign I'm afraid of rejection and feeling like I'm bothering someone. I'm not used to "chasing" a guy I'm used to them chasing me.
How can someone say they like you but not talk to you for days? It's nothing new, he's always been like this. But when we're together everything's perfect. How can I get him to not be so distant?
Also, he told me the other day that his life is in shambles and I asked him to talk to me about it. He said he didn't want to so I let it be. How can I get this man to open up to me? We've been friends for too long!

That's only true with some virgos depending also on what in there sun and moon because im a virgo and im not cold and distant at all i like to be warm and around people alot hope i helped = )

Male Virgos are hard to decipher, as a Virgo we'll come off as cold and emotionally detached which is mistakened for being distant. We're not emotionally invested people. We rather retreat from confrontation than talk about it. You just have to be patient with them, we have to open ourselves up to someone first.
One of our infamous traits, is our one tracked mind we often miss the big picture and focus on the details and wind up overcomplicating things, this prevents us from moving forward. On top of that, were overly critical. We have to analyze everything before making a decision.
If anything, patience is key. It takes time for him to sort out his emotions. He'll come to you. Normally they're grounded people but emotionally not so much.
Earth signs are compatible with other earth signs. Virgos are good with Taurus, Capricorns and sometimes other Virgos. I hope you the best of luck!

He's disappearing because he's afraid of getting close to you. Stop asking him about his personal life. Trust me, he will start to trust you more, Virgo are hard to trust people especially Virgo men, so you got to be very patience. Maybe talk to him about it too.
