Work situation?
I will try to make this short and sweet.
I am a 31yr old Male who has Anxiety,ADD, and does have depression time to time.
I can be forgetful at times and not on purpose
At my job I found out my coworker reported some items i forgot to do to my supervisor without telling me anything. I confronted her when she got in for her shift and asked why she didnt come to me and tell me that an area needed attention. She replied to me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and told me she was tired of talking to me and that it seems i do better when the supervisor has to tell me things. I feel this to be untrue. She engaged me a little more after that telling me to come on as if she wanted me to fight back or say something. I kept my mouth shut and just walked away because i didnt want to say something that could make the situation any worse.
I didnt tell my supervisor about this at all.
Some little details are my co worker has been working there for quite a while and i am still sort of a fresh face there. She rubs off to me as a person who might bend the truth to keep her job. She is well known and respected as a worker there.
What should i do? How do i approach this situation properly without jeopardizing my own job.
I would try talking to her again but being it has gone this far i fear we can't talk like we used to anymore.
The item that needed to be cleaned is something that is done in preparation for an event so its done possibly once or twice in a year. My argument is that I am not the only employee there. If it was noticed by my co worker why didn't she start and then just let me know hey finish this up. Wouldn't that have been better team work then to have gone to the supervisor about it?

What should you do?
Wait for the manager to call on you and to talk about that reported incident of you forgetting something in the work area. You can work things out with your manager, tell everything what had happen then, I guess your manager will understand if you are truly sincere about how you trying to do things the best that you could. After that everything would turn out to be fine. And off you go to your work area.
Do you have a doctor?
You should have one for your anxiety or ADD or whatever for you to function well in your job. This is going to be a nightmare for you if you do not check this one out. Anxiety are causes for depression, you need to be on medication for this. Because if this keeps on playing or you been sent to your manager for many times already, it means that you are NOT FIT to work in that company. That would mean DISASTER for your career. No company will ever hire you.

Apologize to manager. Tell him you will keep a list of things you need to do, so it will not happen again. And do make such a list. Write it on your arm if you have to.
Your forgetfullness is unfortunate, but it is not the fault of your employer.
If you feel your condition prevents you from functioning in a job, apply for disability.
