What is the logic in and religion?
First, I was raised in the bible. I probable know more about the scriptures and their meaning than most others on this site. In the past 50+ years of research, the logic of an "Omni Present, Omni Potent deity using our little blue marble, earth only for its grand experiment with human kind is logically ludicrous to believe much less have faith in.
Case in point: Genesis- God created the heavens and the earth... ok... With our current technology we can see approximately 14-16 billion light years into the past in the visible universe which contains several hundred billion galaxies, some larger some smaller than our galaxy. The lowest estimate of how large the entire universe is 250 times larger which is approximately 575 billion light years across with several "Trillion" galaxies. Where is the logic in believing our planet, in a back water region of our galaxy is the "ONLY" planet to harbor life.
Ezekiel- Chapters 40-43 details the measurements of a structure God commanded to be built. Modern architects and theologians studied those measurements and built a model. It was determined the only viable use for the structure was a place to launch and land spacecraft. The actual structure was approximately two thousand feet on a side "With ONE Door". Hardly a normal structure even then.

You studied for 50 years and you never realized Genesis never says we are the only life in the universe??? Where do the angels live? Jacob wrestled an angel. It was not a spirit. The Bible is about God's relationship with human beings. It is not supposed to contain all the knowledge in the universe. The Bible tells us that we are God's children, not his experiment. I don't know what bad pipe you've been smoking, but it does not seem you understand the Bible very well.

To answer my own question, pygonza being closest but still fairly far afield, because he states "matter of fact" "WE ARE NOT ALONE". As well he chose not to read my entire entry before catching foot in mouth disease. If you wish to live an "Honorable Life" going by the 10 commandments is not a bad way to go about it, but reaping a reward after death?? Only the dead know. Mortal man has altered the Scriptures so often, having any kind of "Faith" is individual preference, not in any way based on fact.

If God is the Creator why are you asking about probabilities that relate to totally law-driven matter ???
And there were myriads of angels before there was man, Why think that if there is a 'meaning' it is a human one ?
To have searched as long and hard as you say and to be as you are is a desperately sad thing.

It's a very strange place, the universes!...maybe plural!
Remember the verse...the earth is YHYH's footstool?
It's very logical. Remember...of course you do!...how
satan drew 1/3 of the stars!!!....what a lot of star wars,
galaxies wanting to go that way. Remember what it said then?
Remember Jesus said...the least shall be the greatest?
Right across the board that will be true.
Did you study what has to be for life here?
Who is Jesus? We've studied this a long time.
Thou shalt have...no other gods...thus lots of
gods here. Too long now but we find it logical.

True. There is no end to his words or his works. Most are so smug here on how smart they are, but of course most are 12 to 19, and do not know anything. Millions of worlds are rolling in and out of existence by his command.
