Seattle Household Utilities Question.?

Just a quick question. Are the household stoves in the Seattle area predominately gas or electric? Thanks.

    This is electric country, thanks to all of the rivers and hydroelectric dams. {New homes in new developments may have a stronger option of using gas.}

    Mainly electric but some are gas, it is really going to vary.
