Why does some shotacon have to be censored around the lower extremities?
When I look at Shotacon comics, videos and pictures I notice that the lower parts of the shota bodies are censored. why is that? I mean it's not real human people it's cartoon...etc what is the reason for this?

Japanese laws are very strict on censoring. No sexual organs at all can be shown, which is why you can sometimes see a little white bar over the tip of the penis and the vagina in some stuff like that. I'm assuming the laws are the same for little boys.
