Nope. They haven't been since the beginning so why would they start now. That said NO administration is ever totally truthful. In fact we don't want/need federal administrations to be totally truthful. They have to keep secrets for security purposes, but they should be mostly truthful.
The prolbem is when they are caught lying they blame the other party, distort the facts, or continue lying to try to get out of the lie.
