How come it's always healthy men that complain about welfare recipients?

Question

I've noticed that it always healthy men of European descent, often that
are Middle Class or above, that have had numerous good luck, good 
education, mostly good health, support from friends and family and
that have worked themselves to death almost (trying to make money
to invest in mutual funds, stocks, etc) that always complain about welfare
programs and their recipients.

Does anyone else notice this too?

These guys have had a life filled with good health, good luck,
good education, a supportive environment, money to invest
from working double shifts and overtime, and most of these men
are usually average to good looking with a sense of humor,
book smarts, street smarts, personality., etc. that got them 
ahead in life, unlike others that have had it much harder then them?

Most people lack any empathy for those who do not resemble them.
That is because they are centred on themselves and don't give a damn
about the poor and the sick.

Where do you think conservative parties get their votes from?

What else is it that makes conservatives so disgusting, except their selfishness?

It isn't that help isn't needed by some, and we do contribute to those in need. We are really quite charitable.
We complain about the Government inefficiently confiscating assets from responsible citizens using Extortion provided by the excessive Power of the IRs to Force charity.
Charity comes from the heart, not through Extortion. The Government uses their Power to grab even More Power and that leads o tyranny, fraud and inefficiency. 
We KNOW our neighbors who are good citizens and in need. We help them. 
Those who are bums and parasites do not deserve handouts.
The Government doesn't even have a clue to who is committing the fraud.
And tell me please: Why is it, as you point out, it is  healthy men of European Decent that don't need welfare? There Must be some reason Why they are successful. 
There must be some Reason why a Vietnamese Refugee can come to the USA with Nothing, not speaking the language, receive no handouts and yet 5 years later he owns hi own successful business. 
Why IS that???
Who ARE these people who insist on living Generation after generation, on welfare??? It can't be a matter of Health!
The Greatest Injustice in the USA is the Government confiscating earned assets from responsible citizens to give to those too irresponsible to care for their own families. Why punish the productive and subsidize those who are, in some cases, committing fraud?
We complain about the Government, not those who honestly need help.

it's so easy to take things for granted it's natural if you have little in the way of problems to think it's all down to you Kings of the past were so powerful they believed they were descendants of god Roman emperors became so obsessed they were insane in a way money gives you power even a bit more than average gives visions of grandeur self importance so people less fortunate are not as good despite their problems they should overcome them as they have if a large asteroid fell out of the sky we would all be losers no matter how hard we tried or worked or money we had or how superior we are it would be old fashioned bad luck
