Low iron?????
Can low iron be the cause of why I get random dizzy, weak, and feeling like I'm going to pass out? I get the cold sweat and just the feeling where all you want to do is sleep. I get this feeling every great once in awhile I haven't had it for a few years and it returned today. Makes me feel like crap the rest of the day. Started randomly and felt like I was going to pass out.

It is possible that you may be anemic, as these symptoms do occur in anemics. The only way to find out is to have blood work done.

Yes. I am iron deficiency anemic. I go weakly and get iv iron. I feel like that all the time. It could be something else though. But low iron can do exactly what u described.
