Doctor who tours explaining the faulty medical system?

There is a Dr. that tours?, use to tour?, the US talking about the faults and fallacies of the medical system in the States.

Does anyone know this Dr's name. He also wrote a book on the subject.

I'm trying to find his book but hard to do since I can't remember him or the book's title.

    I dunno about a man who tours, but I know of a woman doctor who wrote great books and this article should help you figure out if you'd like to check her out further
