how to prevent more acne from coming?

ok so i'm 13 and my sister is 16 and she had really bad acne around my age and now it has gotten better for her. I had really nice clear skin up until a couple months ago and i started getting a couple small red pimples here and there. usually they go away in a few days if i put this acne cream on it and leave it overnight. i also started using the neutrogena oil-free acne wash in grapefruit but i dont think its working. can you recommend any good cleansers for preventing acne? right now i have two small but very red pimples near my forehead mostly in between my eyebrows. they've been there for like a week and won't go away. it's really embarrassing and i don't want my acne to get worse. so how can i prevent it from doing so? please please help! by the way i wash my face 2x a day and i try not to touch it a lot. basically how can i prevent more acne, and what are good cleansers/treatments to use? thank you!

Update:

also - i tried the acne cream i usually use on it and its not working like it usually does. also after i did it yesterday they kind of burned so i washed it off.

    1. Use Natural pure argan oil. It has % 75 vitaminE and remove your acne scars so quickly. I recommend arganrain pure argan oil works well https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l1UC1gxEfgk

    2. Use Toothpaste.Apply some toothpaste directly on top of the acne and keep it overnight,as a mask or for an hour. Wash it with water and a soft cloth. This will make the acne less visible.

Use steam to open your pores before using the mask to help the honey and cinnamon work its way down into your pores.

To help clean out bacteria, press your fingers into the honey and pull up quickly. This will work to clear out especially dirty pores, such as open blackheads.

    3. Use an overnight fenugreek mask. The leaves from the fenugreek plant have long been used to help with skin issues of the face. Crush up several of these leaves to form a thick paste, and then apply it onto your acne-prone areas. Leave this on overnight, and then rinse it off with warm water in the morning. It should help to reduce the redness and swelling, as well as the further spread of bacteria.

    4. Use garlic. Garlic may have a strong scent and taste, but it also has antiseptic properties that kill the bacteria trapped in your pores. Try cutting a clove of garlic in half, and rubbing the juice on your acne. Alternately, you can mince garlic into a paste and apply it directly to your pimples. Allow the paste to set for 15-20 minutes before rinsing off with warm water.

    5. Try using fresh papaya juice. Papayas are full of antioxidants and vitamin A, which help to smooth and soften your skin while reducing inflammation. Grab a fresh papaya and mash it to create a pulpy juice. Spread this onto your skin and allow it to dry before rinsing off with cool water.

    6. Try a nutmeg scrub. Nutmeg is a gentle exfoliant that will help to slough off the dead skin that builds up on your face, causing acne. Mix a teaspoon of nutmeg with 1-2 tablespoons of regular milk. Rub the scrub onto your face for a minute, and then rinse off with warm water.

    7. Coat your face in white vinegar. There are many types of vinegar, each with multiple health benefits. One of the great uses of distilled white vinegar is to help reduce high levels of acne. Use a cotton pad soaked in the vinegar to apply it to your face; if it is too strong on its own, mix it with just a little water. Allow the vinegar to set on your face for 10 minutes, and then rinse it off with cold water.

    8. Make a honey mask. We ought to thank the bees for the sweet elixir they’ve given us that not only adds flavor to our favorite foods, but also works wonders on reducing acne. Honey is a natural antibiotic, and its sticky consistency works to pull up dirt and grime. Mix two tablespoons of honey with a teaspoon of cinnamon, and apply it over your face. Allow it to set for 5-10 minutes, and then rinse it off with warm water.

    9. Eat healthily. Although a rather broad statement, eating healthy foods will support your skin with the nutrients it needs to fight acne. Make a decision to include more fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet on a daily basis. Doing so will clear up your skin over a period of several weeks, in addition to increasing your all-around health.

    10. Wash your face twice a day. Washing your face is a balance; too little, and oil will build up and clog your pores. Too much washing, and your face will be stripped of natural moisture, dry, peel, and (you guessed it) clog your pores. To get just the right amount of washing in, scrub your face down twice a day. Go for when you wake up in the morning and before you head to bed at night for the best results .
