So how many men were taught they were entitled to a woman?
I saw this stated in an earlier question here. I've been gone for a while and am glad to see there are still people who seem to understand my own life better than I do myself.

I never was taught that. No one is entitled to anyone.

Elliot Rodger sure thought he was entitled to a woman. Guess what he's dead now. Too bad he had to take these girl's lives just because he couldn't get a date.

Some men are. Some men certainly aren't. Entitlement isn't specific to one gender. It isn't rare, either.
Source(s): Listening to men and women talking about how they are more deserving of so and so than so and so's partner. It's creepy to hear, every time. - Anonymous7 years ago
Some men do act like they are . Not all so dont get mad . But yes the ones that hit on women . Its not a women problem if a man is horny or not . Or if he cant get layed.

we don't really know
look at the PUA crowd, now with all the hot babes they bang around the clock you would think they wouldn't have much time for forums (with a no girls aloud policy in one case)
but it turns out they do a lot of talking with other blokes about how many women they enjoy
the MGTOW crowd is basically like the revenge of the nerds movies or superbad for a more modern audience that think women should be more interested in them for a paradoxical reason of not being as good with women, super cool as the Neanderthal jocks of the PUA/fratboy demographic
both groups spend far more time with themselves than women reinforcing almost like a religious congregation would of the faith, their own somewhat perverse goddess worship.

I was never taught or believe that. I haven't met any man that felt that. Although, as Loki said, I have female acquaitances who think they are entitled to rich, hot, chivalrous men.

Not met one yet.
I have been unfortunate enough to meet women who feel entitled to wealthy men.

I've never personally met anyone who believed that. I think it's very rare.

Probably less than the number of women that were taught they are somehow entitled to a rich, hot, chivalrous man.

I don't think men conciously think they're entitled to women, but they certainly act as if they are. Particularly the way they act when hitting on women and how they handle rejection. Men need to understand that women don't owe them anything. They're the ones that set themselves up for failure when they approach random women in public.
