POLL: Which gender is more committed in relationships and marriage?

Women are the most committed to marriage and relationships. Women are those critically thinking humans beings that always think outside the box. I say this because when you sit a couple of women in a room and hear their conversation it sounds like a good conversation. In comparison to what I'm trying to explain here is, women are thinkers. They are always wondering the "Dream Man" they'll one day receive. The term goes "Steal a woman's heart" goes a long way. They enjoy a good relationship, a more of a companion type of man. Someone who can listen to them and them not being afraid but someone to rely on.

It really depends on the person. There are some circumstances where the man will be more commited than the woman and vice versa.

In my personal experience in my relationship its 50/50 overall. If a specific gender is more commited than the other in a relationship then something is wrong with that relationship/marriage.

In total, there are more women committed to it than there are men. But that's not to say that there aren't lots of relationships where the man is committed and the woman isn't. Men, and males of every species, right from the beginning, were designed to hunt, fight, and provide for their families. Plus, their sex drive is much more powerful in order to keep the population alive. So 1 day without sexual satisfaction for many males is equal to 3 weeks without sexual satisfaction for many females. So a man in a committed relationship is more likely to cave in on their temptations if they aren't getting sex in their relationship. Females are designed to nurse and care for their young. So they are -usually- more mothering, more emotional, and more loving than males. Hence why they usually take relationships more seriously. Everything is an emotional thing for females. Even sex. But for men it's physical and its rare to feel love for just one person.

Being committed is not a gender thing. It is as individual as the person them selves. As well just what the depth of feeling you feel for another person is,is not something you know til you know them,experience them and just what they come to mean to the other.If they are the person for you,you will know it,feel it,they will be the person you do not just want to live with,they are the person you do not want to live without. When a man and woman meet,and feel this way,they will just take on life together in every way,its called love,and when true,committing to the other,simply is easy.~*

I think it depends on the person, not necessarily one's gender.
