When someone pops up on your suggested friends on Facebook does that mean they are viewing your profile?

So, I have a fake account, just so I don't sound too much like a creep it is so I can keep track of a family member who I had to block on my real profile (long story, who cares). Anyway, I have looked up these two guys on Facebook (on different occasions) just to see their profile as I kind of knew them but didn't want to add them (#notacreeppromise). However, now they are appearing on my profile under suggested friends. I've always thought that suggested friends were people who looked at your profile, and now I'm scared that maybe Facebook sees I have two accounts on the same IP address and therefore is suggesting me as a friend to these two guys based on the fact that I looked them up on my fake account. My question is...Do you think Facebook actually has done that? As it would be incredibly embarrassing, or do you think that these guys are just looking at my profile because we do have mutual friends, did go to the same school (at different times though) and they were just curious because we had met.
