Why wont cons understand that president Obama can factually ban ALL guns with an executive order?
Obama cannot remove the Second Amendment from the US constitution but there is something else he CAN do:
He can raise the minimum age to own a gun.
The minimum age to own a handgun is set at 21 years of age. He can raise it to 90 or 100 years of age.
That way only people who are 100 years old can own a gun.
That is politically speaking, not infringing the second amendment.
Setting a minimum age to own guns is NOT infringing the second amendment.
Prove of that are the several occasions on which the minimum age to own a gun have changed from 18 to 21.

Maybe we could raise the age limit on drugs as well ....so nobody will buy them.
