What movie is this?
I think it was made late 80s early 90s, a woman moves into an apartment and one of the residents, I think its possibly the landlord, is stalking her and other people too he has cameras set up everywhere and they have a love affair too. It is not the modern movie the resident, even though they are similar.

You are slightly mistaken, It was made in the sixties
The Woman moves to another planet (Lythian) and the black queens concierge starts stalking her. They don't have a love affair but he puts her into a sort of sexual machine.
