When I turn 25 I will be on my green ps, will I be allowed to drive a v8?

I think it was made late 80s early 90s, a woman moves into an apartment and one of the residents, I think its possibly the landlord, is stalking her and other people too he has cameras set up everywhere and they have a love affair too. It is not the modern movie the resident, even though they are similar.

I have a bed that was in a house fire and it has a wooden frame and slats. Ive already tried bi carb and vinegar to absorb the smell, but it is still so strong and I washed it as well in soapy water and hosed it off and let it dry, the small is still there. A painter who is painting the house where the fire was said he will paint over the wooden walls with high gloss paint and then a matt paint to lock the smoke smell in the wood, I thought I could do the same with the bed but maybe with varnish but I dont know if that will lock in the small the same way and does anyone have any other ideas because I feel like varnish is my only option at the moment.

I have a bally designer bag and it was in a house fire, the bag itself was not burnt of melted but has a really bad smoke smell. The bag is material and leather obviously the smell is in the material and I have sprayed fabric odour remover on it and lots of perfume and have tried just using a wet cloth to clean it but the smell is still there. I dont know if it is safe to immerse in warm soapy water or not which is what im thinking I should do and as a last resort I would take it to a dry cleaners but as there are a lot of things from the fire already that have to go to a dry cleaner we are trying to save everything we can on our own first before having to pay a fortune for a dry cleaning bill. Please if anyone has any really good advice I would really appriciate it. Thank you

I have a pair of bright orange cotton bike shorts and I want to make them a hot pink. I've been told that putting pink fabric dye straight on the orange will look yuck and I've also been told I should chlorine bleach them white first then dye them pink but I don't know anything about chlorine bleaching clothes and I don't want to ruin them. Please help any advice would be good :) thank you

To start my car I have to hold my foot on the accelerator and keep it on otherwise it will stall. When at traffic lights if I take my foot off the accelerator the rpm drops really low and the car shakes and sometimes stalls, or sometimes not shake at all and stall but only when at low speeds. At higher speeds the rpm seem normal but the car shakes violently. I thought it was the tires but we had them replaced aligned and balanced and it still shakes. My car now won't turn on, it has done this before but started working again a couple of days later.

The car is a Volkswagen polo 1998 auto

I have an infrared light running for my pet snake, it doesn't run constantly, but it does turn on and off when needed which is often, i was just wondering if they are typically expensive to run. The bulb is 75 watts.

when i try to turn on my pc which is optima who went broke and shut their company down, it comes up saying bad bios and searches for floppy disk drive and cdrom and says not found.
