How do i fix my Call of Duty Ghosts?
The multiplayer, squads, and extinction do not open. I would click on it and the tv becomes black for a few seconds then the xbox restarts. Ive tried this on other accounts and it still didn't work. The campaign works (it opens, i just haven't tested it out to see if it works)
Its a downloaded game, NOT a disk. I have deleted it and downloaded it again, but that didn't work.

I wanted to see if anyone knew what to do before i make a call. And if i make a call, do I get charged?

You won't get charged if you make a call. Sounds like you have already taken the steps to fix the problem that I would have suggested, so making a call to microsoft would probably be your next step. Explain your problem to them and see what they give you for an answer.
