I'm dealing with a major debit card issue?
Okay, so I ordered a pair of Nike running shoes on the 9th and today they arrived. So I called my debit card number in and found out I got my money back? So then I was able to order another pair of shoes on the 11th of this month and it allowed me to order them. So now when I called my debit card number in it says -$77.00? What does this mean? Is their a glitch in the system, could I be facing jail time? Help...

My guess is that the original order put a pre-authorized hold on the $77. That hold was released when the shoes were shipped and the actual transaction processed. This showed up on your debit card account as the money being returned because the actual transaction had not posted to your account -- sometimes there is a lag time.
You stupidly ordered another pair of shoes which resulted in another $77 charge to your debit card. Either return the second pair of shoes for a credit or come up with the $77 to pay the negative balance on your debit card.
You tried to pull a fast one and get something for free. You knew you had received the first shipment and your card should have been charged. Your fault.

So what you're saying is you ordered the Nike shoes initially, and then found out the money was put back onto your card? Then you ordered another pair of shoes with that money and now you're overdrawn by $77.00?
Something must've glitched with the payment for the first shoes. That's why you saw the money temporarily return onto your account. Since you're out $77.00 now that must mean the money was retaken from your account. Since you paid for a second pair of shoes with that money that was there you now are "in debt" $77.00 since you didn't have money for the second shoes to begin with. I never had this happen, so I don't know what happens to your card or the second pair of shoes. They will probably just cancel the order if you haven't gotten them.
I wouldn't worry about getting arrested or anything like that. Just return the 2nd pair of shoes if you have them.

You will not get jail time. You tried to get something for free and it bite you in the butt. You now have to come up with at least $77 to make a 0 balance. So even if you return the shoes it can a few days for them to credit your account back. So you need to come up with the money fast before the bank starts to charge you overdraft fees which can be as little as $25 to as much as $35. So even with $25 fee you will need to come up with $102 to cover negative balance.

Well you won't go to jail for it since you are the only one who lost money. Sometimes a pending transaction will show up on your account. This pending amount will then sometimes disappear from your account, but that doesn't mean it isn't still pending, it's there waiting, you just can't see it. That's likely what happened, you saw only the pending transaction, thought it went completely through, then saw it disappear. This has happened to me a lot and still happens occasionally.

$77 is not major.
I don't think you know what you are talking about.
