Question

1st off, I live in lassen county, California. my questions regard laws in California. our local law enforcement is done by the lassen county sheriff's department, witnessing a dozen illegal acts in a day in town of 2,000 people is very easily done. 
I want to take advantage of that and have some fun while i'm doing it.....

if a 25 mph speed limit sign says "school", it is only valid during certain hours on certain days, correct?
in the other hours and where not posted at all, in somewhat suburban area, is it a 35 or a 55 zone?

stop signs, if there isn't a line on the road, possibly with the word "stop" painted by it, is it a legal requirement to stop there?

child endangerment, and/or neglect, if a law enforcement is just watching a bunch of minor children who are committing crimes with potentially lethal consequences, is that child endangerment and/or neglect?
and do either or both of these crimes become felonies after a certain number of them?
a felony charge on a corrupt/grossly incompetent cop would be so very sweet.

citizen's arrest, I know that a cop must be called in to judge the situation, but beyond that I am clueless. can a on duty cop be placed under citizen's arrest?
and if so, is best to ask for a different department to come judge the situation, or that "law enforcement" officer's superior?

discrimination, its not just race, age or wealth can be discriminated against also?

Out side of school hours, the school zone speed limit does not apply.  The limit reverts to the POSTED limit on either side of the school zone, and I GUARANTEE the actual limit is posted.

A STOP sign is the ONLY requirement for a stop to be required.  If there are no markings on the pavement, you must stop with your front bumper even with the sign.

Your 'child endangerment' rant is BS.

EVERYTHING you THINK you know about citizens arrest is FALSE.  If YOU attempt a citizens arrest, YOU will be convicted of a crime, and the person you try to arrest is unlikely to be charged with anything.

Discrimination, even illegal discrimination, is a CIVIL , not a CRIMINAL issue.

Finally, your response to Kieth's answer is PATHETIC.

1. totally fails to address ANY  of the legal issues asked.
2. if "acting like a douchebag" means doing something ILLEGAL that your nieghboors wont like, I would just be one of several hundred.
3. having "found" cocaine in my pocket doesn't mean much if the stop is illegal.
4. passing a drug test, none of my prints, dna, or pocket fibers on the bag of cocaine combined with both a discrimation charge and a citizen's arrest for a half dozen or more counts of child endangerment on the arresting officer will be more then enough to beat any BS charge they want to attempt.

are you a member of the lassen county sheriff's department? cause you are totally useless, just like them,
