I think I am being haunted?
I walked into my kitchen a couple of days ago, and there was nearly strawberry jam all over the walls. Then I noticed the white writing on my kitchen window. It was all just scrawl and unreadable. In fact it looked just like Pigeon sh!t. To tell the truth, I think it was pigeon sh!t. Pots and pans were all over the place. They were still on their hooks but I thought they should have hung down a bit straighter than that, well one of them anyway. It was then that I heard the noise. It was coming from the wall near the clock. It was very faint but I could just make out "Tick Tock. Anyway, It was just past 12 and I had not put the light on. I didn't have to really as it was quite a sunny day, so I had lunch and read the paper. So do you think I should get a priest in?

Okay, (nearly) jam all over the walls? Have you taught the kids to clean up after themselves? You might want to if you haven't yet.
Pigeon writing on the windows? Perhaps you want to move the bird feeders a little ways away from the house. Hummingbird feeders are a lot less mess but sometimes nature's mess is worth it.
Pots and pans all over the floor? It can cause quite a din, but keeps baby happy. Babies can cause more noise when they aren't happy, so relax and get used to it. It doesn't last too long--actually, not long enough.
Perhaps you might want to invest in a wall clock without a second hand if you can't stand the constant tick-tock. Or learn the tick-tock baby rhyme (tick-tock, the mouse ran up the clock) so you can entertain baby and won't have the din of pots and pans all at the same time.
Invite a priest over? Sure, I'll bet he would love to join you for lunch. Go for it!
Edit: Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't answer your question. Are you haunted. Yes, of course. All Parents are. You'll find you even dream about it at night. But rest assured, you'll survive it.

Who else lives in the house? If you are the only one, what were you doing the night before? Who has a key to your place? Maybe you should answer these questions before you cal a priest. Besides, I think you might need to be a practicing Roman Catholic in order to get a priest to help you.
