State fees are between $50 and $500 depending on which state. If you use an online company to file for you expect to pay them about $100.

never ever use an on-line company for business licenses
and state permits UNLESS the state deals only on line..........

Great information. Thank you. I also found a website where thye sell formed LLCs and that was helpful in seeing how an LLC becomes more valuable as it is getting seasoned and that help me further in establishing the value of an LLC I am selling. Thanks....
