Do you feel pain when you're growing muscle?

I don't mean soreness. I get soreness but it's temporary and only last three days at most. Sometimes after I workout, during my rest days, I'll get these pain throughout my muscles. Ir's not a sore feeling or a as if I've over trained my muscle. It just aches but it is bearable.

You're most likely dehydrated or experiencing some inflammation.

Try drink alot of water and see if it goes away. Also, take a Tylenol and avoid greasy foods, high acid foods, tomato sauces, coffee etc if you are eating them that may cause inflammation.. If that doesn't work see a doctor
