You haven't reached your limit. There is a periodic glitch. Try refreshing the page push f5 to do that and try this, push Control+ or Control-. also, if you're getting a lower pop up asking if you want to show all content click that then enter your answer in the box and the blue submit button will be there.

When you have reached your daily limit, You can't open the window in which you write your answer.

I sometimes don't see the send box until i scroll down a bit. Try that,. It might be there and just hidden.

If the easker has you blocked, then there will be no answer boc at all. Like you are browsing without being signed in.

There is a glitch with security certificates which is causing Internet Explorer to block parts of the site (including the submit button!). You either have to click on Show all content before every question - or change your browser. It is working perfectly on Google Chrome (which i free to download).

Some are reporting that problem when using Internet Explorer. Try using FireFox or Chrome and see if that solves the problem for you.

Hopefully the engineers are aware and working on a fix, but I doubt we will see it before Monday at the earliest.
