Blue rose seeds?

I was given some blue rose seeds ( that's all I know about them).

Tips on how to plant and grow?

I'm a good gardener but have never tried roses.

Yes, there is a blue rose. But I've never grown from seed and then there is the problem that they may be hybrid and not breed true. Mendel's Law. In any case here's a site.

Don't overwater! If they breed true they will be better than grafted roses where the grafts tend to split in cold weather.
