How to respond to this guys message?

So ok there's this guy. Like 2 months ago we started "talking" and I felt like things were going too fast so I just totally ignored him. I've felt like **** ever since. Well he messaged me again a few days ago on kik saying "why haven't you talked to me :(". I felt really bad but don't know what to say.

    Just tell him the truth, but don't leave him hanging. Be honest, and he should slow down accordingly.

    If you were ignoring if then i guess you might have to lie because you cant straight up say "i was ignoring you"

    Be like: "My phone wasn't available" or something

    But if u wanna be a good girl then tell him " Im sorry but i thought things were going the wrong way between us so i had to screen you. its not u its me "

    Just tell him he's moving too fast. If what meant was he hinting about sex even before he asked you out, he's looking to get some. He's not looking for a relationship. Listen to your intuition: he's moving too fast.
