What breed of dog do I have?

Hey guys! I need your help that I should know the answer to but want to know what you think. Okay so I recently got a puppy on the 4th of July named, Blue. He was a stray picked up by one of my dad's co-workers on the grounds of where he works. My family and I could tell first off that he's a beagle but we think he's more than that. I've narrowed down a few choices of what he could be. So here they are...

Now mind you, he's still a puppy and still small. We hope he doesn't get any bigger. If anyone with knowledge of dog breeding knows, please give me the best answer. Thank you so much!
